General Storage Longspan

A specifically designed shelving system, based on the utilisation of high quality material, roll formed to provide low profile componentry, exceptional strength and durability.

This system features fully welded upright frames, dual punched on a 25mm pitch which when augmented with the use of slim line beam profiles culminates in high cubic capacity. The "clip over" steel shelves provide ease of cleaning and a high degree of adjustability throughout the units.

A versatile system which can be used for either general storage or retail display application, it can also be customised to provide solutions for specialised requirements.

Longspan shelving is also commonly found in low temperature applications within the food industry where a pre finished anti-corrosion substrate is further enhanced by a powder coated finish.

All shelving components undergo a 3 stage iron phosphate pretreatment and after oven drying this is followed by electro statically applied powder coating which is then cured at 190 deg C. This surface is extremely durable and offers greater resistance to abrasion, chipping, chemical attack and UV light than traditional baked enamel when finished over a similar substrate.
