ANGLE POST SHELVING

Adjustable Post Shelving is a robust and cost effective system for a variety of medium weight storage applications with module sizes up to 900mm.

This bolt together system utilises of high quality roll formed material produces simple, yet efficient componentry.

The system features equal angle uprights punched at 50 mm increments to facilitate the use of corner bracing ensuring that without modification, entry to the shelving can be unhindered from either side.

A minimum of bracing is required to enable intermediate shelves to be adjusted by means of the unique crucifix design clips which readily locate into the uprights, yet will remain in position guarding against dislodgment.

The Hydestor shelf is manufactured with dual folded smooth edges which, whilst producing additional overall strength reduce the possibility of injury during retrieval of product.

A durable Powder Coat finish compliments your investment (with the exception of the fasteners which are Zinc coated).

Structural
It 's a prerequisite that at all times both top and bottom of the upright are securely fixed either to a shelf or to the floor.

1. Up to 1.8m high - not exceeding 500 kgs per bay
- not exceeding 600mm shelf depth
Two anchor plated levels top, plus one up from the ground which is not above 600mm.
Otherwise three anchor plated levels.

2. 2.1m to 2.4m high - not exceeding 1000 kgs per bay
Three anchor plated levels (top, middle plus one up from the ground which is not above 450mm. Otherwise four anchor plated levels.

3. 3.0m to 3.6m high - not exceeding 1000 kgs per bay
Four anchor plated levels - evenly spaced with the bottom level not above 450mm from the ground.

Anchor plates should be fitted through the depth of the shelving at every second bay except in the case of shelves over 600mm deep then they should be fitted at every bay.

Anchor plating will enable a shelving unit to retain its shape. To prevent toppling, units should not exceed the following height to base ratios without additional external bracing. (Top ties and/or dynabolting footings).
