Shelving "Winning the Space Race".
Manufactured from a combination of quality New Zealand
steel together with high tensile aluminium tracking
this attractive system is designed to maximise cubic
usage yet provide easy retrieval of product. The system
typically presents 40% additional picking faces than
conventional static shelving or can add up to 172% extra
capacity in similar floor areas.
The high tensile steel bases are equipt with TWO ,60mm
steel wheels each of which feature heavy duty “sealed
for life” precision bearings which produce exceptional
smooth movement with a minimum of effort.
Mounted in a Transverse configuration anti tilt and
operator safety is enhanced by an overhead tracking
system.
A freestanding high tensile extruded Aluminium track
which comes complete with hardened steel inserts to
resist wear reduces floor preparation to a minimum.
An added benefit is that should the system require to
be relocated it is less time consuming than traditional
Mobile shelving.
Upright Panels(Shuttle) feature smooth weld free exteriors
with internal fixing sections which provide inherent
strength yet allow all intermediate shelves to be adjustable
in vertical increments of 25mm
Rolled edge panel shelving installed behind the Shuttle
bases provides the same degree of adjustability and
when augmented with weld free cladding panels, the overall
