Enhancing the schools Non fiction collection by “genre-frication” of the titles
Ruapotaka school looked to enhance their pupils reading by making sections of their Non-fiction collection more visible by purchasing face-out display bins that readily fitted into the existing shelving bays.
This enabled the children to see a greater volume of the book covers being displayed in a face-out fashion to gain their attention and thus enhancing an under utilized resource.
